晚上好！今天将写作 about particles part 2. The first part can be viewed here .

1 . shi 是

This is commonly used in even the simplest basic sentences.Basically 是 is used to connect two nouns. It can be translated as am/is/are/was/were . In Chinese grammar, the word '是' can be used for singular or plural.

Example :

她是中国人。She is Chinese.
我是学生。I am a student.
我的妈妈是老师。 My mother is a teacher.

2 .hen 很

This particle means 'very' and usually is used before adjective to emphasize on the adjective itself.

Example :

我也很好。I am also glad to meet you.
明天，他们很忙。Tomorrow, they will be very busy.
你很可爱。 You are very cute.

3 .you 有

Basically , this particle meant have/has/had. It indicate possessiveness.

Example :

我有四个家人。I have 4 family members.
她有一个狗。She has a dog.

Date :15/04/2018 Time : 9:05 p.m. What I understand about Chinese Pinyin and tone is that it is how a Chinese character is pronounced Even though the alphabet looks same but it has different tone that indicate different meaning. Every Chinese character consists of three components - Initial,Final and Tone Initial is the front of word while final is at end of the word.Meanwhile tone is how high or how low a certain part of word is pronounced.
